Greetings everyone. Well, as things get more and more bizarre, (i.e. the assault on the capital building by domestic). I can only hope that things return to normal, (I’m not sure the ever fully will). It is my prayer that you are all healthy, prosperous, and wise. In this video I provide some much needed humor for us all. Some of my students attempt a double board break with one of the signature punches of Shu Ha Ri Do.
