MY FAVORITE BOXER OF ALL, TIME ROY JONES JR!!!

Hello everyone! Although many may have their own favorite boxer that differs from my choice. I will list the reasons for for my choice. Before I do allow me to share how many other boxer or a close second. Boxers like Muhammad Ali (I am so inspired by him for several reasons), George Foreman, Sugar Ray Leonard, Tommy Hearns, Marvin Hagler, Mike Tyson, Evander Holyfield, Oscar De La Hoya, Shane Mosley,Floyd Mayweather and the like. In fact if I had a top four they would be Roy Jones, Muhammad Ali, Mike Tyson and Sugar Ray Leonard. Now, although some may have a better record than Roy, the blazing speed, power, footwork, defense, head movement, creativeness, athleticism and sheer dominance of Roy caused me to never miss any of his fights. I can remember being stunned at the way Roy would counter punch his opponent with such precision speed and power all from creative angles. Roy displayed the poetic rhythm and counter punching of Muhammad Ali, the finesse and agility of Sugar Ray Leonard and for his weight knock out power like Mike Tyson. What was even more of a draw was the flare and (for lack of a better word) swag he brought to the boxing game. I can tell you that at the time of Roy’s career I had not been that excited about boxing since the days of Ali, Sugar Ray, Tyson his performances were inspiring. It is for these reasons that I present you with the following tribute to Roy Jones Jr.
