LIGHT SPARRING SESSION SHOWING SHU HA RI DO TECHNIQUES

Hello my fellow Wisdom Warriors, and as always may this post find you healthy, prosperous and wise. In the video below are two of my students exchanging technique in a light sparring session. Notice the footwork and smooth transitions from conventional boxing into a spinning back fist and other counter strikes multiple times in the match. These types of techniques are common within Shu Ha Ri Do philosophy. Merging the conventional with non-conventional, controlling combat through defensive and offensive bursts. This can be seen clearly within FLEX FIST BOXING. Well, now that I’ve given you an intro enjoy the video.
