The talented Ashton Kutcher the actor has expanded his power and influence into an area that is very near to my heart. In collaboration with his former wife Demi Moore, Ashton started a non profit organization called Thorn, Digital Defenders of Children. As you will see below the number do not lie Ashton’s organization is making a powerful impact!

With the help of Thorn’s tools, law enforcement and investigators have been able to identify 5,791 child sex trafficking victims and rescue 103 children from situations where their sexual abuse was recorded and distributed.

“After nearly disappearing in the 90s, the spread of child sexual abuse material exploded with the rise of the internet, while child sex trafficking increased with exposure to a greater market online. Today, the problem is complex and still growing.”
As you will see in the video below Ashton actually gets emotional as he explains to the U.S. Senate about the need for better technology to protect children. I strongly agree and it is my hope that all of my subscribers and readers will join us in the fight.
